Oscar Kuperman is an experienced argentine tango dancer & teacher. He is also the father of our young tango spirer, Martin Pablo, whom he is visiting in Aarhus from october 5-20.

Oscar Kuperman has generously offered to teach 2 tangolabs while he is visiting – and Lise Trautner will assist him in the class demonstrations.

The topic on october 9 will be Musicality –  Cuperman writes:

“One Sequence, many Possibilities. The lab will begin with a short technique refresher, followed by the exploration of one adaptable sequence and how it can be shaped to fit the music. Through variations, connections and musical choices, participants will discover how the same sequence can be danced in many different ways, with a hint of improvisation to make it their own and adapt it naturally for the milonga. To finish, there will be a short and playful game designed to reinforce the technique and put the ideas into practice.”
